3. Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final. Due to the nature of collectibles and their fluctuating values, returns are not permitted. We recommend that you review your order details carefully before confirming any purchase.

4. Local Reservation Policy

Items reserved locally will be held for a maximum of three (3) working days. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be canceled, and the item will be made available for other customers.
5. Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are considered final once placed and cannot be canceled. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before finalizing the purchase. Any attempt to cancel an order will not be processed.

6. Special Requests and Advance Payments

For special requests, including unique or high-demand items, an advance payment is required. This payment is non-refundable and secures the item specifically for your order. Once the special item arrives, you will be notified, and it will be shipped as per your preference or held for pickup according to our reservation policy.

We ship to various locations, and our shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Each item is carefully packed to ensure that it arrives in the condition expected. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Fun&ko Collectibles is not liable for any damage that may occur to items during transit. Once the item is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. We will provide tracking information where available to assist you in monitoring your shipment.
