Welcome to the FUN&KO Trade-In Program. This program allows local collectors to trade their high-value Trading Card Game (TCG) singles for store credit to use online or at our physical storefront in Jal El Dib, Lebanon.
By submitting cards for trade-in evaluation, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility & Minimum Criteria
Eligible Games: We currently accept authentic English and Japanese single cards from the Pokémon TCG . Other games may be considered at management’s sole discretion.
Minimum Card Value: Only individual cards with an established raw market value of $10 USD or higher are eligible for individual evaluation. We do not accept bulk, commons, or low-value uncommons through this digital/in-store evaluation pipeline.
2. In-Person Evaluation & Grading Standards
Physical Inspection Required: No trade-in value is finalized until a physical, in-person inspection is completed at our Jal El Dib branch. Digital images sent via social media or email can only receive non-binding estimates.
Authenticity Guarantee: FUN&KO maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit, proxy, or reproduction cards. If a card is determined to be non-authentic during inspection, it will be rejected immediately. Attempting to trade counterfeit goods knowingly may result in a permanent ban from our store, events, and online platform.
Condition Grading: Cards are graded according to standard international TCG criteria: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), and Moderately Played (MP). Cards classified as Damaged (DMG)—including structural creases, ink markings, peeling, water damage, or heavy dirt—will not be accepted. The final condition grade is determined solely by FUN&KO.
3. Valuation & Market Pricing Baseline
Pricing Baseline: Market values fluctuate constantly. FUN&KO utilizes real-time, verified international market data to determine a card's baseline price at the exact moment of evaluation.
English Cards: Checked via TCGplayer Market Price.
Japanese/Specialty Cards: Checked via Cardmarket Trend Price or verified secondary market indices.
Payout Matrix: FUN&KO offers up to 70% of the live market value for eligible Near Mint (NM) cards. Adjustments (deductions) will be made if the card is determined to be Lightly Played (LP).
4. Store Credit & Payout Policy
No Cash Payouts: The FUN&KO Trade-In program operates strictly on a Store Credit basis. Under no circumstances will cash, bank transfers, or cash-equivalent payouts (such as Whish/OMT transfers) be issued in exchange for traded cards.
Store Credit Validity: Once an offer is accepted, store credit is immediately issued to your verified FUN&KO customer profile. This credit behaves like a digital gift balance and can be used to purchase any item (Sealed products, accessories, Funko Pops, or singles) online at [www.funandko.com](https://www.funandko.com) or in-store.
Non-Transferable & Final: Store credit issued through this program is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash at a later date, and all trade-in transactions are final. Once a card is signed over and credit is issued, the transaction cannot be reversed or canceled.
5. Right of Refusal
FUN&KO reserves the right to refuse any card, trade-in request, or bulk quantity at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to inventory overstock, market volatility, or inability to safely verify authenticity.
