Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or via whatsapp with tracking information.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to be available.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to local laws.
we do not shit to Conflict countries including Russia , Ukraine , Yemen ,Syria and Israel.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item(s). We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
